Incorporation in Slovakia:

- 307,70 Euro brutto minimum wage - in the case of full-time employment
- the allowances from this sum are 48,6%
- the 4 hour part-time employment is accepted as well
- our custumers have the opportunity to employ Slovak trainees up to their age of 25, after whom they are allowed to claim grants for 6 months from the state budget supported by the EU, which is currently 178,92 Euro/month. The employment of more trainees simultaniously is allowed

We grant:

1.  Head office - based on contract (1 year payed in advance) in Komárno, that contains taking over and forwarding parcels, notification.
2.  Address - permanent address based on the lease (1 year payed in advance). In the case the founding member wants to act as a Slovak resident, registration at the law on aliens.
3.  Premises - based on the lease.
4.  Taxation advisory service, accountant - the accountace is made by our company.
5.  Our company cooperates with a law office.

Expenses - founding of an Ltd. (s.r.o.)


- cca 500 Euro (business licence fee, Court of Registration fee, translation of the certificate of good conduct, signatures authenticated by a notary)
- cca 600 Euro company formation fee (preparation of the founding documents, administration, tax number request, EU tax number request at the tax office)
cca a total of 1100 Euro (discount in the case of registering more companies)

Administration procedure:

- sending the certificate of good conduct to our company that will be officially translated afterwards
- personal details of the owner(s)
- head office (personal address if needed) - signing of the contract
- purchase of the required bill stamps
- authentication of the Deed of Foundation or Memorandum of Association in the presence of a notary
- declaration of the payment of the capital (min. 5000 Euro, the declaration is sufficient)
- authentication of the specimen signature in the presence of a notary
- opening of a bank account
- requesting of a tax number after the certificatate of incorporation
